Where can I purchase TOGO’S Gift Cards?
TOGO’S Gift Cards can be purchased in-store at participating U.S locations and online by visiting https://togos.com/gift-cards.
How do I redeem a TOGO’S Gift Card?
You will be able to use your TOGO’S Gift Card online or in-store. If redeeming your gift card online, type in your card number and PIN number when prompted at check-out. If redeeming your gift card in-store, hand your physical gift card or E-Gift Card, with card number and PIN number, to the cashier at checkout.
How do I check my rewards points or Gift Card balance online?
Check your Gift Card balance, by visiting https://togos.com/gift-cards
Gift Cards purchased/produced before November 1, 2016 do not have a PIN number and can only be used in-store. To check valid Gift Cards without a PIN number, contact Customer Support for assistance. Please include 16 digit number on back of card in request to locate account. Note: TOGO’S is not responsible for plastic, paper or virtual gift cards purchased through 3rd party gift card resellers.
I keep trying to register my Gift Card, but it is not working. What do I do?
Your Gift Card may have been purchased/produced prior to November 1, 2016. You can still use your old Gift Card to make purchases, but it cannot be registered or added to your Rewards Account. If you have a Gift Card purchased/produced after November 1, 2016, or believe there’s an error, please contact Customer Support. Please include 16 digit number on back of card in request to locate account. Note: TOGO’S is not responsible for plastic, paper or virtual gift cards purchased through 3rd party gift card resellers.
Do TOGO’S Gift Cards expire?
Purchased physical and E-Gift Cards are redeemable at all participating TOGO’S locations until all funds have been spent. Promotional E-Gift or Bonus Cards have an expiration date printed on the front of the card.
Can I get cash back on the balance of my gift card?
As per California law, any valid purchased Gift Card balance under $10 can be reimbursed as cash back. Outside of California, TOGO’S will provide cash back in accordance with local regulations. Please note that Oregon and Washington have a provision for balances under $5.00. Promotional E-Gift or Bonus Cards have no cash

E-Gift Cards FAQs When will my recipient receive their Gift Card?
Your E-Gift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most E-Gift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, E-Gift Cards are sent on the scheduled delivery date. For further questions and answers, please contact Customer Support. Please provide order number as well as email address of recipient to find account.
What does the recipient receive when I send an E-Gift Card?
An E-Gift Card is an electronic gift card sent via email. On the delivery date you choose, the recipient will receive an email notification about your gift, including a link to retrieve it online.
What if the E-Gift Card email is not received?
We follow industry best practices to ensure the successful delivery of E-Gift Cards via email. However, there is a possibility that the email might be marked as spam or overlooked by the recipient. You will receive an email confirming the delivery of the E-Gift Card email alert, still if you have issues please contact Customer Support. Please provide order number as well as email address of recipient to find account.
What if I lose my E-Gift Card?
Your E-Gift Card holds cash value and should be treated with care. If you lose your E-Gift Card, please contact Customer Support immediately. Please provide order number as well as email address of recipient to find account.

Treat purchased Gift Cards like cash. TOGO’S Eateries, LLC (“TOGO’S”) is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or misplaced cards, or cards used without permission. Redeemable only at participating TOGO’S U.S. locations. Not valid in certain locations, including non-participating franchisee locations, and certain restaurants in stadiums, airports, hospitals, hotels, college campuses, gas stations and military bases. Not redeemable for prior purchases, gift card purchases or gift certificates. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law. To use, present physical Gift Cards at time of in-store purchase or if using E-Gift cards, present card number and PIN. All purchased Gift Cards are reloadable. Funds remaining on the Gift Cards purchased do not expire. Promotional E-Gift or Bonus cards have no cash value and expire on the date printed on the front of the card.
