How do I sign up for the Togo’s Rewards Program?
There are several quick and easy ways to sign up for our Togo’s Rewards Program. You can create an account on our website, when you order online at Togos.com, or through our Togo’s App, which can be downloaded from the Apple or Google store.
How does the Rewards Program work?
The Togo’s Rewards Program is so easy! For every $1.00 you spend, you will receive 1.00 reward point. Each time you reach 50 rewards points, you will receive a $5 Points Reward. You may earn up to 100 points per transaction and a maximum of 400 points per day. Orders through third party delivery or catering companies, gift card purchases, taxes, tips, donations, and fees, are excluded and ineligible for point accrual.
Looks like my Rewards expired. Why?
Your $5 Points Rewards will expire after 30 days from date of email notification. Promotional rewards have varying expiration periods. Be sure to check your account often to see what rewards you have available to redeem.
How do I Redeem my Rewards?
For in-store orders, give the cashier the phone number associated with your account, your rewards number/card or if you have our Togo’s App, simply click “Check In” and give the three digit code. Let the cashier know which available Reward you want to redeem.
For online ordering at Togos.com, login to your account and then apply your rewards before proceeding to checkout.
What is a birthday reward?
We love to celebrate you! For your birthday, Togo’s gives a free regular 6” sandwich reward. This reward can only be redeemed in-store and is not valid on #33 Triple dip.
Will I get my birthday reward on my birthday?
No. Your birthday reward is added to your account during the week of your birthday. You will receive an email from us when your birthday reward is added to your account.
Can I redeem my birthday reward online?
No. You cannot redeem your birthday reward online. Please visit a participating location near you to redeem your reward.
Does my birthday reward expire?
Your birthday reward will expire 14 days from the day you receive your birthday reward email. The birthday reward will expire on the 15th day from the day you received the birthday email.
I chose my favorite Togo’s location during registration. Can I use my Rewards number at any location?
You may earn and redeem your Rewards at any of our participating Togo’s locations.
I forgot to give my Rewards number when I visited Togo’s. Can I still get my points?
If the purchase was made within the last 24 hours, please Contact Customer Service and provide a photocopy of your receipt to see how we can help.
Am I able to merge or add my gift cards into one Rewards account?
After logging in to your account, select ‘Manage Cards’ to combine multiple cards into one account. Please note that a card that has already gone through a merge cannot be merged a second time. Please feel free to contact Customer Service for assistance.
I keep trying to register my gift card, but it’s not working.
Your gift card may have been purchased/produced prior to November 1, 2016. You can still use your old gift card to make purchases, but it cannot be registered or added to your Rewards Account. If you have a card purchased/produced after November 1, 2016, or believe there’s an error, please feel free to contact Customer Service for assistance. Note: Togo’s is not responsible for plastic, paper or virtual gift cards purchased through gift card resellers.
If I have the mobile app or order online when signed into my account, do I also need a physical card?
Nope! Your mobile app or Togo’s online ordering account contains all your Rewards information as well as points, rewards, saved Favorites and past orders.
How do I check my rewards points or gift card balance?
To check your rewards points online, log into your account at https://togos.myguestaccount.com/guest/accountlogin. To check your gift card balance, go to https://togos.myguestaccount.com/guest/nologin/account-balance and enter your card number and the PIN number found on the back of the card. Gift cards purchased/produced before November 1, 2016, do not have a PIN number and can only be used in-store. To check valid gift cards without a PIN number, contact Customer Service for assistance. Note: Togo’s is not responsible for plastic, paper or virtual gift cards purchased through gift card resellers.
Can I get cash back on the balance of my gift card?
As per California law, any valid Gift card balance under $10 can be reimbursed as cash back. Outside of California, Togo’s will provide cash back in accordance with local regulations. Please note that Oregon and Washington have a provision for balances under $5.00.
How do I recover my username and password?
To recover your username or password, please contact Customer Service or click the ‘forgot password’ link on the Togo’s Rewards login page.
Do I get points for gift card purchases?
No. However, you will receive points on eligible purchases made with a gift card.
I bought a catering tray, do I get any points?
Yes! To receive points for catering orders, please make sure to login to your account when ordering online or ordering through the Togo’s App. If ordering in-store, be sure to give the 3 digit Togo’s App check-in code, valid phone number associated with the Rewards account or the Rewards account number. Maximum 100 points can be accrued per purchase/transaction.
